The Grand Canyon Private Boaters Association maintains a discussion group with more than 2,500 member participants. You are welcome to join the group and participate. The link at the bottom of this page will take you the discussion group home page.
Expect lively river political discussions. GCPBA founded this group to provide a forum for uncensored views on any political issue or social aspect of river running. Focusing on Grand Canyon issues, we welcome discussions on any river related subject. We encourage discussion between commercial, non-commercial, and governmental river running constituencies. Other political discussions are not welcome.
The list may be used by permit holders looking for people to join their group, or by people looking to join a river trip. Discuss any topic concerning river running from trip preparation/equipment/favorite hikes/camps/menus/itineraries/river tales/NPS rules/kitchen planning/socialization ... add your photos to the "photos" section.
You may list for sale your river gear, but you may not advertise or offer services for sale or hire. You may include your business name and contact info in your signature.
New subscriber's postings will be moderated until determined they are legitimate subscribers. Members are free to express their view regarding Grand Canyon topics and enter into any discussion pertaining to others views without fear of censorship. Please respect and maintain a decorum that follows the common sense rules of proper social behavior. Be kind.
